This apartment is located on the 4th floor of the very centrally located property. It is entered through a hallway, which leads to the first room to the left, which is the combined living- and bedroom. The next room straight on from the hallway is the rather large eat-in kitchen with an office-working place. Next to it is the bathroom with shower and washbasin to the right. To the right is also access to the separate toilet. The bedroom is furnished with a 140*200cm double bed, a reading chair, a large closet and a buffet with drawers. The large eat-in kitchen is equipped with a fully set up built-in-kitchen with oven, hob, extractor hood, microwave, built-in refrigerator and complete equipment with plates, cups, pots etc.. There is a large dining/work table here (the small work table at the back right belongs to the current tenant). 

The bathroom is also accessed from the hallway and contains a washbasin with vanity unit, the shower cubicle and space for a drying rack or ironing board.

A maximum of 2 people can live in this apartment, ideally it is occupied by 1-2 people. 

Residents have fast internet access with free WLan with up to 250 MBit/s at their disposal. There is a laundry and drying room in the basement.

One month's net rent for a permanent tenancy is €675/month plus a furnishing surcharge of €200/month, a payment of €150/month for operating costs for occupancy by one person and a prepayment of 75€/month for electricity and 125€/month for heating.

The brutto-rent is therefore €1,225 per month for occupancy by one person.

For a second person, there will be a surcharge of +75€/month for the plus of operating costs.

Broadcasting fees are paid by the tenant directly to the broadcasting fee service center.

Deposit 1.500€, company deposit is accepted.

A final cleaning fee of 167€ is payable on moving out.

An optional 7/14 day cleaning service with linen change can be booked in addition.
