This large and well-designed 2-room apartment with a fully equipped, cozy kitchen-living room, small private toilet, and bathroom with hallway is located on the 4th floor (no elevator) of an apartment building on Mainzer Landstrasse near the Skyline Plaza shopping center. It is located in the city center area of Mainzer Landstrasse, within walking distance of the main train station and the trade fair grounds. The apartment faces the quiet inner courtyard.
A new roommate is sought for the 30m2 room 2 in this shared apartment.
Room 1 is occupied by a very friendly, athletic young Frenchman with perfect command of English and French.
The other rooms in this shared apartment include the bathroom, which has a small toilet room separated by a door. The daylight bathroom has a shower and sink with a vanity unit. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, a stove with 4 burners, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, several kitchen cabinets, an additional countertop on a kitchen buffet cabinet, and seating for 3-4 people at a cozy dining/work table.

Room 2 is 30m2 in size and has been used as a living room with a large sofa bed and a huge TV buffet. This can also be seen in the photos. The furnishings will consist of a 140 x 200 cm double bed with a high-quality barrel spring mattress, a wardrobe, a desk with a chair, and the sofa bed. Due to the size of the rooms, it is possible to add your own furnishings without any problems.

 The apartment has its own electricity meter, for which one of the tenants either concludes their own contract with an electricity supplier, or the connection continues to run through the property management company, which then passes on the electricity costs to the tenants in advance (for practical reasons, a separate contract for the tenants would be preferred).
In the basement, there is a laundry room with washing machines and dryers, which can be booked via an app and paid for at a small fee.
The broadcasting fees are paid directly by the tenants to the broadcasting fee service center (they only have to be paid once per apartment and can be shared among the residents).

There is a statutory notice period of 3 months.
Basic rent €575, flat-rate utilities €250 (excluding electricity), furnishing costs €100, deposit €1,000, the deposit can be paid in 3 installments, company deposits or deposit insurance are accepted.
When moving out, there is a final cleaning fee of €125.
