The Braubachstrasse has lately developed into one of the very stylish and lively streets of Frankfurt, facing the newly built Dom-Römer-complex and the area between Paulskirche and Museum of Modern Art. This place here is a very sympathetic and vibrant area with plenty of new and inventive restaurants, coffeeshops and galeries. 

The traffic connections are splendid: having the tramstop of lines 11 and 12 right in front of the door, it's a minute's walk to the metrostop Dom-Römer and within 5min walk, the mainstations of Hauptwache and Konstablerwache with all of their connections right about Frankfurt and all surrounding cities can be reached with ease.

There are shops for all kind of tastes: food shopping in the Kleinmarkthallen, the Erzeugermarkt, the Zeil and many of the individual shops of the Töngesgasse and the Fahrgasse. There is a Rewe supermarket on the Zeil as well as a few Asian supermarkets on the Fahrgasse within closest distance.

If you are in to do sports, not only a plentitude of fitness clubs can be found around the Konstablerwache, the Mainufer (the shores of the river Main) invites for endless jogging on both sides of the river.

The apartments are fully furnitured, they have an own bathroom and, according to their size, an own, fully equipped kitchen. WLan, electricity, heating, warm water and all the regular items of the usual operating costs are pricely included. The monthly price is calculated for 1 person. For each additional person, there is a surcharge of 75-100€ for the operating costs per month.
