The Braubachstrasse has lately developed into one of the very stylish and lively streets of Frankfurt, facing the newly built Dom-Römer-complex and the area between Paulskirche and Museum of Modern Art. This place here is a very sympathetic and vibrant area with plenty of new and inventive restaurants, coffeeshops and galeries. 

The traffic connections are splendid: having the tramstop right in front of the door, it's a minute's walk to the metrostop Dom-Römer and within 5min walk, the mainstations of Hauptwache and Konstablerwache with all of their connections right about Frankfurt and all surrounding cities can be reached with ease.

If you are in to do sports, not only a plentitude of fitness clubs can be found around the Konstablerwache, the Mainufer (the shores of the river Main) invites for endless jogging on both sides of the river.

The apartments are fully furnitured, they have an own bathroom and, according to their size, an own, fully equipped kitchen. WLan, electricity, heating, warm water and all the regular items of the usual operating costs are pricely included. The monthly price is calculated for 1 person. For each additional person, there is a surcharge of 75-100€ for the operating costs per month.

Every apartment has an own letter-box.
