On the first floor of the rear building of a beautiful old building on Braubachstrasse between Römer and the Museum of Modern Art, there is a 5-person shared apartment with mainly Japanese and Korean roommates.

The apartment is 95m² and has a large shared kitchen and two bathrooms in addition to the rooms. One of the small rooms (No. 2) in the shared apartment is furnished with a single bed (90*200cm), a desk, an open wardrobe, and some other smaller pieces of furniture. The shared apartment has fast internet (up to 250 Mbit) with Wi-Fi, a large, well-equipped shared kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and plenty of storage space for groceries and supplies. The roommates can meet at a large dining table for everyone. There are also a small storage room, 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is large with a shower and bathtub, sink and toilet, and the second bathroom with a toilet and sink. The washing machine can be used freely by all residents.

The first floor of the shared apartment can be reached by stairs or elevator. The roommates are Japanese and Korean. An Asian roommate would fit perfectly into the shared apartment structure, but this is not a requirement.

Incidental costs are charged at a flat rate of €150/month and include the usual rental incidental costs, electricity, and heating, as well as use of the washing machine and the internet. The basic rent is €275, and the furniture surcharge is €150/month. The total gross rent is €575/month, and the deposit is €1,000.

In addition to the usual items, the utilities also include the electricity consumption of the flatmates, heating and hot water costs, internet costs, and broadcasting fees.

The minimum rental period is 3 months.

The house was built in 1851, the heating system was renovated in 2019, and according to the apartment's energy performance certificate, gas is the main energy source for the apartment, with a rating of 158 kW/h and energy efficiency class F.

This room is available from December 1, 2025.
